How Our Network Works
Who you talk to
You talk to an independent local provider. Not a big call center. Not a stranger who has never seen a tree. The provider runs their own business and does the work.
Rollingvenue Tree Service makes the introduction. After that, the conversation is between you and the provider.
What to have ready
A few details make the talk faster. Know your address and the easiest way to reach you. Think about when you are home. Note any gate, steep yard or narrow path the provider may need to pass. Small things like these help a provider give a more accurate quote.
What happens on the call
Keep it short. The provider will usually ask:
- What kind of tree is it, and how big?
- Where is it in the yard?
- Is it near the house, wires or a fence?
- Is there storm damage?
- Do you want the stump ground too?
Photos help. A quick look at your yard may be needed before a firm price.
What to ask a provider
Ask these before you agree to anything:
- Can I get the quote in writing?
- Does the price include cleanup and hauling?
- Is stump grinding included, or extra?
- Are you licensed and insured where I live?
- How will you protect the lawn, driveway and roof?
- When can you do the job? Can it fit around my schedule?
- Can you help document damage for an insurance claim?
Can I help with the work?
Sometimes. You can clear toys, cars and patio furniture. You can move small branches already on the ground. Leave the cutting, climbing and rigging to the pro. Big trees, power lines and storm damage are not DIY.
